The Dorabi Dream
Dorabi didn’t come from a business plan or market research. It began as a heartfelt effort to fill a gap in the fashion world: a sustainable clothing brand in India that blends modern design with traditional craftsmanship. My parents, Vinod and Sonia Batra, and I started Dorabi to create clothes that are beneficial physically, mentally, and spiritually.
We use only natural fibers and non-toxic dyes, making our brand unique among India’s 100% hand-dyed apparel labels. Different generations of artisans work together to give a fresh twist to the ancient art of hand-dyeing, celebrated in every piece.
